Product Description


The high-temperature foaming agent is produced after ultra-fining treatment and surface denaturing. It is used widely in the foaming of plastics for EVA, PE, PVC and many kinds of rubber, and it is suitable to hot-pressing foaming in large or small mold and secondary foaming of PE.
The decomposing temperature for this blowing agent is high and has large gas volume. Decomposition gases mainly including N2 and CO2 accompanied with a small amount of CO and NH3.
The decomposing temperature can be adjustable within 150-200℃ after adding an adequate amount of decomposing activator (foam-promoting agent), common activators including Zinc, Barium oxides and salts of Zinc and Barium, stearates and stearate salts.
This foaming agent is characterized by uniform granular size, stable foaming performance and excellent dispersibility, which makes it especially suitable for products making under different technological conditions.
Each 25kg of this foaming agent is packed in international standard corrugated paper carton with a polythene liner inside. A slight sticky to the hands in using is the property of AC series of foaming agent, not caused by dampness and won’t affect its quality.
Each batch of this foaming agent series weighs 3 Tons. While using the foaming agent of same batch, only a small quantity is needed to test for confirmation and then the whole batch can be used with certainty.

Mainly used in PVC, PE, PP, PS, EVA, ABS and rubber foam. Can be used to make tool handles furniture, auto parts, obturator leather, flooring, wallpaper, carpet pad, seals and soles


It is odorless and non-toxic, with good storage stability and has self-extinguishment. It won’t decompose under common temperature but should be stored in a cool, dry place away from any sources of heat, spark, open flames or direct sunlight. Never let it contact directly with acids and alkalis. Good local exhaust ventilation in mixing and handling areas is highly recommended. Be careful not to inhale its powder, make frequent skin contact or swallow it.
